A. Introduction
Learning is an every change permanently, it’s happened as the result of an experience. Learning happened when a person have behavior, reaction, and give respon as the out put of their knowledge. Learning is a process of interaction between students and educator. In traditional learning method, the function of teacher as controller, and have assumption that education is an investation or provisions old age, in mathematics, they opinion about mathematics is that mathematics is students himself. But, in innovative learning, the teachers and students have assumption that mathematics as needs, not provisions in old age.
Now, our government have used based-school competence that require the students to be active and the teachers as facilitate the learning process that made the students active. Consequenty, the teacher should make preparation about all of thing needed in the class, such as lesson plan, media, etc. So, the teacher also should make any models of innovative learning in order that the students be active.
B. Models of innovative learning
The constructive paradigm about learning is the alternative paradigm that appear as the consequence of scientific revolution from the learning system. According to the constructive paradigm, science have characteristic temporary about the developing in social or cultural, so it’s tending to subjectively. Studying is a students activity to develop their knowledge. The students have liability about the learning process and the evaluation. The important studying happened through reflection, cognitive resolution conflict, dialogue, research, examining hypothesis, taking over the decision which all of them directed to renew the level of individual thinking so that it will be perfect.
To internalization and applicate the learning process according to constructive paradigm, earlier the teacher hoped can change the thinking suitable with constructive paradigm. The aims of learning according to constructive paradigm is :
1. Process
2. transfer learning
3. how to learn
There are many competence for the teacher that must be mastered in learning process. Those competence are well understanding, to speed up the students creativity, and have ability to working together.
